Step 3: Windows is going to sign out please save your work. Once again launch Start menu by clicking left click you will see user-account title top-left of the screen right-click on it then Sign-out.

Step 4: At the login screen, sign into the Administrator account and you will come back to the Desktop of that user profile.

Step 5: Go to the and run the .exe file for the program which you want to install.

Step 6: You have already logged into the Administrator account, the Smartscreen protection which was showing error will be disabled and the installation will be complete successfully.

Step 7: After completing the installation, sing-out form Administrator account and log back into your regular account.

Step 8: To prevent malicious access to your system files from external/unknown sources like cyber-criminals and hackers. Disable the Administrator account that was used earlier. In order to launch Command Prompt see above Step 1.

Step 9: Type the given command (without quotes) to accomplish this feat from Command Prompt: "net user administrator /active:no".

Note: After altering the shared link and you trying demo that link is working or not so dont try on same web browser there you are logged in it will show that the link is working and you are getting to the download page but if you you open the link on an other web browser there you are not logged in the link wont it will get you to the "Not Found 404" page it happened to me that is why i know about it. So before sharing link try demo on another web browser there you are not logged in with same Google id.


I also have solved my problem with Winrar (Try This First)

1. Create archive of file with Winrar that you want to upload it will work 100%


1. You are getting this page instead of download page this is not your mistake so dont worry go a head

2. So throwing this problem away Right click on file that you want to make downloadable and make of copy of this file

 3. After copied this file just apply above mentioned points 1 through 6  it will become downloadable

I researched in all possible ways and i found many possible bugs for this issue. I noticed that it happens only for my user account. It was working very well in other user. Normally i use couple of users on my machine for testing purpose.

There are many possible ways which may add fire to this problem. Here i mentioned five different solutions and you can try them one by one and i’m sure; any one of them will surely work for you. Keep trying.

Delete Preferences file

If you have made any changes recently to your chrome and if it results to this issue, you can simple undo all of them. Doing this is very simple; just navigate to

Windows:

C:/Users/YOUR_USERNAM/AppData/Local/GoogleChrome/User/Data/Default

MAC:

Users/[Your Username]/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/

and simply delete the “Preferences” file. It will surely works like a charm and even worked for me.

Note: Here YOUR_USERNAME will be anything in your account, in my case it is AMAR. It depends on your computer name and make sure you have access to see hidden files and folders.

Effort of IDM

Internet download manager, best download manager to download torrent files and everything. It is used to maximize the download speed. IDM takes control over your entire downloads and it will integrate with your browsers. Once integrated with Google chrome, it may cause this problem. If you have installed IDM on your computer, Click on Downloads tabs and then click Options. Now uncheck Google Chrome and Hit OK.

Keep an Eye on Extensions

There are lot of extensions for Google chrome. Even Geek Dashboard had one of its own. Make sure you have deleted useless extensions from your chrome. If there are any mandatory extensions in your Google chrome, you should update them.

To remove unwanted extensions or to update them. To do so; Left click on settings button on top right corner and navigate via Tools and click extensions. Also you can simple typechrome://extensions in URL field and press enter.

Now tick Developer mode and press “Update extensions now”

Re-Installing Google Chrome

Uninstall your Google Chrome and Re-Install it. It will surely solve the entire issues in most cases. Make sure you uninstalled everything. Also remove Chrome settings, you’ll see this option while uninstalling.

To uninstall Google Chrome, Go to Control Panel and right click on Google Chrome and Press Uninstall. Follow on screen instructions to completely remove it from your computer.

Be Up to Date

It may happen even on lower versions of Google Chrome. If you’re using Genuine Windows then you can enable Automatic updates to update Applications with 0% effort. Never Turn on these Automatic updates if you installed pirated copy of Windows, If you do so; you’ll see Windows is not genuine message on your desktop.

Try this first,

1. Turn off you mobile and then just press and hold the Volume Down Key(-) and the Plug Cable and then LED turns Green.

2. Dont worry if you are already stuck on Boot/Xperia Logo just press and hold both Power and Volume Up+ together it will shut down you mobile wait at least 5 second to let completely turned off and then try step 1. :)

Then make sure that you have good charge on your phone until the LED turns Green then repair it with SUS.

1. Download the installation package to any folder on your PC.
   

    Download Update service  or  Download Update service

2. Run the downloaded file, and follow the instructions that appear see screen shot below.
